Industry Association for Sustainable Sea Transport in Oceania
Fiji's islands depend on reliable, affordable sea transport for food, medicine, and economic connection. SSTI works with governments, communities, and international partners to design and promote marine transport solutions that cut emissions, reduce costs, and improve access for remote Pacific communities. We bring together industry, research, and policy to accelerate the shift to clean, sustainable maritime mobility across the Pacific.

About SSTI
The Sustainable Sea Transport Initiative (SSTI) is a project, research, and policy nonprofit that discovers and promotes effective marine supply chain solutions to address the challenges of accessibility for the people of the Pacific Island Countries and Territories (PICTs). SSTI brings together communities, funders, businesses, researchers, and decision-makers to design, evaluate, and refine these solutions, ensuring that the rigorous evidence they create leads to tangible impacts for all in our maritime communities.
